During the week of 12-18 November, Sydney Pain Day Surgery celebrated Perioperative Nurses Week 2023. This is an annual celebration to recognise the great care provided by our perioperative nurses towards all patients that undergo surgical procedures.
The theme for this year’s celebrations was H.E.A.R.T.

E – Empathy
A – Ask
R – Rest
T – Thank you

Dr Vahid Mohabbati
Dr Mohabbati has a special interest in interventional pain and using modern modalities to treat it – including neuromodulation and spinal implants (intrathecal pumps, spinal cord stimulators, DRG and peripheral nerve stimulators) (“remote control” pain relief) Radiofrequency Ablation(RFA) and other advanced pain therapies.
